At Engineero you will come to work in a Chapter, this is a group of people with similar knowledge, skills and work. Our engineers, who are in the same Chapter, meet regularly to discuss issues around their expertise. Our Chapters consist of; Industrial Automation, Embedded Software, Full Stack, Agile, Project Management & Mechanical.

The Chapter Lead acts as a manager for the engineers within the Chapter and has traditional responsibilities such as developing and mentoring team members. They are essential in fostering growth and success within the Chapter.
