As a Lead Mechanical engineer you are responsible for the technical definition and implementation of a multidisciplinary project. You are responsible for concept, design, realization and integration of the mechanical architecture.
Technically functional demarcation and testability are important aspects to realize the project within budget and schedule.

You research theoretical operating principles and apply them practically in the project. You lead the project team from the technical perspective and you provide guidance to design engineers and mechanical engineers in such a way that a working system with the correct technical functionality and costs is ultimately delivered to the customer.

What are you bringing as a Mechanical Lead Engineer?

• You have profiled yourself in the field of Mechanical within high-tech machine and equipment construction;
• You have at least 2 years of relevant experience with multidisciplinary development projects;
• You are broadly oriented and used to looking beyond the boundaries of the field of mechanics;
• You have excellent analytical skills and level of abstraction;
• You are proficient in using different analysis methods;
• You have excellent communication skills to work with the customer, the project leader and the team members;
• You are a technical leader, you can inspire and coach team members;
• You have sound theoretical and practical knowledge of constructions, mechanisms, precision mechanics, DFX.

What do we ask of you?

• You have at least 3 years of work experience in your field;
• You intend to work for Engineero for at least 2 years;
• You are interested in the Dutch language and culture;
• You are adventurous.
